Return and Exchange Policy
 
Only merchandise in resaleable condition may be returned, Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. A Jade Shop.Com return merchandise authorization (RMA) number is required before returning any merchandise - copy of Invoice is required. Return requests must be made within 15 days of invoice date. Returned merchandise must be received within 30 days of invoice date. Merchandise must be in  original condition. A reliable method of return delivery, and package insurance is highly recommended, and you must post your (RMA) number on outside package. Special orders, or custom merchandise is not subject to return.

Standard Delivery - U.S. Priority Mail 2-3 Days Delivery

Your in-stock Jewelry will be shipped within 2-3 days of the receipt of your order. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we'll let you know the expected delivery date. Our carriers require a street address. Shipping charges for item delivery inside US $8.00 per address.
